Bally Homes, LLC is Amer Bally's real estate practice, backed by a network of realtors, CPAs, attorneys, and financial advisors. Amer's path started in personal finance and mortgage lending, and that background still shapes how every deal gets approached.
A career built on understanding both sides of the transaction.
Amer Bally didn't start in real estate. He started as a personal financial advisor, spending over a year learning how people manage, save, and finance their lives. That led him to mortgages, where he found what he calls his "aha moment": helping people understand and navigate the home-buying process.
From there, Amer built a career in mortgage lending, including account management experience at United Wholesale Mortgage, before founding his own brokerage, the Bally Team, in 2018. The Bally Team grew into one of Michigan's largest independent mortgage brokerages, and Amer was recognized as Michigan's top-ranked loan officer in 2021.
Along the way, Amer discovered a passion for coaching, helping others fast-track their success using lessons from his own path. More recently, he added a real estate license to his background, bringing his finance and mortgage experience directly into how Bally Homes approaches buying and selling property.
Bally Homes isn't a one-person operation. It's backed by a network built on the same idea Amer brought to his mortgage career: real estate goes smoother when the people around the deal actually talk to each other. Realtors, CPAs, attorneys, and financial advisors work together so nothing falls through the cracks between disciplines.
